We are aware that it pays for you to blame the tenant wherever possible, for damage to your property. Insurance companies pay out readily on such claims and no blame attaches to the landlord. You may be comfortable in the assumption that any electronic harassment will only affect your tenant.
However, it may not be possible to blame the tenant for the kind of long term, structural damage that occurs, when your local secret police bombard your property 24/7 with their various radioactive monitoring devices that come under the TETRA label.
This expert has provided photographs of the kind of damage you can expect. Unfortunately, the accompanying video is (intentionally?) extremely poor quality, and none of his photographs are reproduced in it. However, from about 20 minutes in, he does describe the various types of damage to property that he has witnessed.

Since I made the above post Soho Housing has renewed its efforts. which had died down somewhat, to gain entry to my flat. To this end they have enlisted their old partner in crime, the Central and North West London Mental Health Trust. I am reproducing here my last email to the Approved Mental Health professional on my case, in the hope that it will make people think twice about embracing the current drive to involve mental health professionals in every aspect of everyday life.

Since you have asked me what I think, I think you are vindictive and duplicitous and abusing your power. You have arranged the meeting with Soho Housing out of a vengeful desire to punish me because I was unable to attend your office on Friday, a meeting that was necessitated by your incompetence and forgetfulness regarding my CPA meeting.
Posted to the SATCH Page! These people are without conscience . Keep a log and record of your experience including names of officials , who are involved…This needs to go to the Newspapers and RT News!
